Job Summary:
Sterling Cross, a leading provider of high-quality care services, is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to join their Inverness office as a Deputy Payroll Manager. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of wage, tax, expenses, and benefits information for employees across the group.
- Implement and develop robust payroll procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure seamless processing of payroll information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing any payroll-related queries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Accredited payroll qualification (IPPE/CIPP certificate or higher).
- Excellent professional knowledge of payroll and accounting systems.
- Previous experience processing large volume payrolls and producing reports.
- Previous supervisory experience.
