Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team at Swansea.com Stadium. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience on match days and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and VIP Boxes, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Supervise and train a team of hospitality staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and match days.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas of the stadium.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or events environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, with the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
