This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in commercial insurance, whether from a Handler or Broker perspective or within the Commercial Claims sector, who are eager to embrace a new and rewarding opportunity within a prominent insurance brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

Join a well-established and client-centric broking team, managing a range of intricate commercial insurance policies. Enhance your existing expertise while acquiring new skills in a culture that promotes continuous improvement. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues across the organization.

What We Offer:

A hybrid working model that fosters collaboration, allowing you to work in the office three days a week and remotely for two days. Your Contributions:

Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and develop new business by utilizing strategic insights and managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments. Aim to achieve sales targets in partnership with Account Executives. Oversee all facets of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring their needs are identified and met according to established service standards. Handle daily inquiries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments efficiently. Foster and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth. Act as a primary contact for clients' day-to-day needs, addressing standard and complex inquiries to enhance the client experience. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving market conditions and adhere to all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

Proven business development skills. Knowledge of commercial insurance across a wide array of products or experience in other insurance sectors, such as Claims. An ambitious mindset and a proactive contributor within a team setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes:

CII qualification. Experience in commercial insurance.
