This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in commercial insurance, particularly those who have experience in a Handler or Broker capacity or within the Commercial Claims domain, and are eager to embrace a new and rewarding opportunity within a leading insurance brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
Join a well-established, client-centric broking team handling a diverse range of intricate commercial insurance policies. Enhance your existing expertise while acquiring new skills in a culture of continuous improvement. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues throughout the organization.What We Offer:
A flexible hybrid working model that promotes collaboration, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work each week. A competitive benefits package that includes: 27 days of annual leave, up to 4 flexible bank holidays, generous pension contributions, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, and an employee assistance program, along with various flexible benefits such as the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday annually, cycle-to-work schemes, dental coverage, health assessments, and more. Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by utilizing strategic insights and managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments. Aim to achieve sales targets through partnership with Account Executives. Oversee all facets of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring their needs are identified and met according to established service standards. Handle daily inquiries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term changes efficiently. Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver top-tier service and drive growth. Act as a primary contact for clients' day-to-day needs, addressing standard and complex inquiries to enhance the client experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of evolving market conditions and adhere to all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve our clients.Qualifications:
Proven business development capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance across a wide range of products or experience in other insurance sectors, such as Claims. A proactive attitude and a strong team player. Excellent communication skills with a focus on client engagement and stakeholder management.Preferred Attributes:
