Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk professional to join our client, a leading challenger bank, as part of their transformation journey. As a key member of the Group Enterprise Risk team, you will take ownership and accountability for your division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a new Group-wide NFR ERMF and related policies, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk strategy.
  • Own the bank's ERM/framework updates, including committee reports and presentations, to ensure effective risk management.
  • Collaborate across the Group, communicating and facilitating the risk strategy message to positively impact the risk culture.
  • Provide strategic and enterprise-level input, operating as the primary Group Enterprise Risk Framework contact point.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail banking, (un)secured lending, or related fields.
  • Enterprise Risk experience, with a focus on non-financial risk (NFR) management.
  • Self-starter with a track record of developing and implementing ERM frameworks from the ground up.
