Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Quality Assurance Systems Lead to become a vital part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) management framework, ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing guidelines, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with Group FSQ policies, ensuring their effective application and measuring process efficiency.
  • Providing initial support for raw materials, packaging, and production processes, including managing non-conformities and deviation permits.
  • Creating training programs for internal auditors in collaboration with HR and ensuring the execution of Food Safety/GMP/PRP training across the facility.
  • Defining product traceability protocols and overseeing their implementation across Quality Assurance (QA) and Production teams, conducting traceability simulations in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Preparing and maintaining all quality-related certifications, including Group certifications, client-specific certifications, and those required by local authorities.
  • Planning and executing internal audits, managing follow-up actions for Group Quality and Production audits, and monitoring process indicators.
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to quality, certification, and management systems, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress on action plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining the Food Safety and Quality manual, plant procedures, and work instructions, as well as managing documentation related to food safety and quality.
  • Monitoring external service providers impacting the Plant FSQ system to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Updating and developing HACCP plans using risk analysis methodologies and providing training to internal auditors on quality and food safety.
  • Defining traceability rules in accordance with Group FSQ and external standards to ensure product traceability.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in food quality within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, along with expertise in food safety, food technology, and food chemical and microbiological analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging analysis, statistical sampling, and control principles in the food industry, pest control, and ISO certification schemes (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
  • Familiarity with private certification schemes and food legislation (GMP, HACCP).
  • A results-driven mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A Master’s degree in Quality Food or a related discipline is highly desirable.
