Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Translation Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage translation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including translation vendors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with translation vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in translation project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, including translation memory and terminology management
  • Fluency in English and a second language, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences
