Ferrero Quality Assurance Systems Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Systems Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at Ferrero. In this position, you will take charge of creating and executing our Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) management framework to guarantee that our products adhere to the utmost standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish guidelines, procedures, and performance indicators that align with Group FSQ policies.
  • Offer initial assistance for raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
  • Design training initiatives and ensure the execution of Food Safety/GMP/PRP training programs.
  • Prepare and uphold quality-related certifications.
  • Formulate and revise HACCP plans and carry out traceability exercises.
  • Oversee documentation associated with food safety and quality assurance.
  • Supervise external entities that influence the FSQ system.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in food quality within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) context.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, food technology, and analytical processes.
  • Familiarity with packaging evaluation, statistical sampling, pest management, and ISO certification standards.
  • Results-driven with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a Master's degree in Quality Food or a related discipline.
