Job Description

Rochdale Council is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to provide end-to-end payroll processing. As a Payroll Officer, you will contribute to the team's success by processing payrolls using an integrated HR and Payroll IT system.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of processing payrolls, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with legislation. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.

We require a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Officer with excellent communication and customer focus skills. Proven work experience in a similar role is essential. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
