Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our care home in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide person-centred care to residents with dementia, challenging behaviours, and complex care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care for residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights.
