Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a CPA and CTR Coordinator at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in providing and maintaining a high standard of administration and documentation for the Care Programme Approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan, and coordinate CPA and CTR meetings for service users.
- Set dates for meetings, prepare and send out invitations to relevant parties, book rooms and hospitality, and collate and type up necessary documents.
- Prepare and distribute completed packs to relevant parties.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in an administration environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
