About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a CPA and CTR Coordinator at Gateway Recovery Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing and maintaining a high standard of administration and documentation for the Care Programme Approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan, and coordinate CPA and CTR meetings for service users.
  • Set dates for meetings, prepare and send out invitations, book rooms and hospitality, and collate and type up necessary documents.
  • Prepare and distribute completed packs to relevant parties.
  • Meet and greet visitors, record attendees, and gather documentation after meetings.
  • Ensure reports are read and signed by relevant disciplines.
  • Prepare and update the CPA/CTR timetable and distribute to wards on a regular basis.
  • Filing and archiving completed packs as necessary.
  • Liaise with external agencies regarding continuing care of patients as required.
Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)
  • 2 years' experience in administration/office systems
  • Word Processing qualification
  • European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Knowledge of the CPA and national guidelines
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent organisational skills
