About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a CPA and CTR Coordinator at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our services, including preparing and maintaining accurate records, documents, and reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare for CPA and CTR meetings, including setting dates, sending invitations, and booking rooms and hospitality.
  • Documentation: Collate and type up necessary documents, and prepare and distribute completed packs to relevant parties.
  • Communication: Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high standard of organization and administration, including filing systems and office procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English) and a Word Processing qualification.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in administration or office systems.
  • Skills: Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred), knowledge of the CPA and national guidelines, verbal and written communication, and excellent organizational skills.
