Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to join our Customer Fulfilment team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with military backgrounds to leverage their skills and experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

As a WHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees while driving operational excellence within our Fulfilment Centres. You will lead a team of professionals, analyze data to identify trends and implement effective safety programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and develop proactive safety measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote a culture of safety.
