We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement QHSE Strategies: Support the development and implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental strategies across the EMEA region, aligning with CBRE's global QHSE plan.
  • Monitor and Analyze QHSE Performance: Monitor, review, and analyze QHSE performance within the region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Support Account-Wide Adoption: Support the account-wide adoption of QHSE strategies, policies, and processes, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.
  • Develop and Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices in QHSE management, compliance, governance, and oversight, ensuring alignment with international standards.
  • Lead QHSE Audits and Investigations: Lead routine QHSE audits and investigations, ensuring compliance with business-wide policies and strategies.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to in-country and regional leads, ensuring day-to-day support and guidance to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: A good general education, formal management qualifications in health and safety management, and formal qualification in environmental management.
  • Experience and Skills: Practical application of auditing, knowledge of risk assessment, and experience in providing education, guidance, and advice to operational teams.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude towards championing QHSE.
