About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement QHSE Strategies: Support the development and implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental strategies that align with CBRE's global policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and Analyze QHSE Performance: Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance our QHSE performance.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to regional and country leaders to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Manage Operational Risks: Collaborate with the Global QHSE and regional Operations leads to identify and mitigate operational risks and QHSE issues.
  • Develop and Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices in QHSE management, compliance, governance, and oversight.
  • Lead QHSE Audits: Lead routine QHSE audits to ensure compliance with business-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: A good general education and formal management qualifications in health and safety management.
  • Experience and Skills: A minimum of [X] years of experience in QHSE management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing QHSE strategies and initiatives.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Formal qualification in environmental management and/or Graduate membership of IOSH or equivalent.
