We are seeking a motivated student to join our team in Darlington, UK, specializing in health, safety, and environment. During this placement, you will gain valuable experience and skills in the industry, working on projects that add real impact and value.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HSE team with project work and COSHH assessments.
  • Conduct research and investigation for projects in specific areas of Health, Safety, and environment.
  • Manage the completion of project reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis with the Regional Health, Safety, and Environment leaders.
  • Prepare and publish the monthly Health, Safety, and Environment reports.
  • Provide support to the team with internal auditing.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a degree in Health & Safety / Environmental or STEM.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft packages and ideally experience using PowerBI.
  • Ability to collate data, solve problems, and think innovatively.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
