About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with homeowners and trade professionals to produce accurate designs and quotes, ensuring a deep understanding of their project and creating their dream kitchen.
  • Build a strong network of customers to meet sales targets, working closely with external and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to customers.
  • Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers by adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meticulous approach to design, with a focus on converting sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Desire and motivation to exceed sales targets and maximize earning potential.

What We Offer

  • Starting salary from £26.5k, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, that's 6 weeks annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
