About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dawsongroup. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle and trailer order pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party engineers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Order Management: Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate lead times and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of up to 3,000 assets, ensuring they are available for hire and meeting business requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
