Job Description

Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

Pertemps Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the medical screening process for Royal Navy and Royal Marines applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate records using Microsoft Office Suite and the Pertemps Internal Candidate Management system
  • Liaise with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Officers, and Medical Experts to answer queries and assist candidates throughout the application process
  • Discuss medical aspects of candidate applications and seek guidance from management team or medical contacts when necessary
  • Coordinate medical assessments and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Provide reporting data from the internal candidate management system
  • Follow all business processes, policies, and systems to deliver agreed customer service levels

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
