Pertemps Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Defence Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate records, liaising with applicants and medical experts, and coordinating medical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate records using Microsoft Office Suite and Pertemps Internal Candidate Management system.
- Liaise with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Officers, and Medical Experts to answer queries and assist candidates throughout the application process.
- Discuss medical aspects of candidate applications.
- Seek guidance on specific cases from the management team or medical contacts when directed.
- Manage postal records and scanning of medical documents.
- Coordinate medical assessments and provide reporting data from the internal candidate management system.
- Ensure accurate records are kept and correct processes and policies are followed at all times.
- Aware of how your own performance impacts overall team performance.
- Follow all business processes, policies, and systems to deliver agreed customer service levels.
