We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to join our team at Residential Management Group Ltd. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fire safety across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on fire safety and building safety matters to employees, clients, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of fire safety projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations, and ensure compliance with RMG's policies and procedures.
  • Design and deliver bespoke training programs for employees on fire safety and technical information.
  • Represent RMG at national fire and health and safety committee meetings.
  • Provide data for inclusion in reports and advise the Senior Leadership Team on fire safety matters.
Requirements
  • Post-qualification experience in Fire, M&E, Construction, FM, or Property Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RRFSO, Building Safety Act, and supporting regulations.
  • Nebosh fire certificate or working towards Fire Diploma.
  • Membership level of IFE.
