About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Support Services Director to join our team at Residential Management Group Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in delivering core property management support services and overseeing compliance of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Management: Manage the Insurance Captive in line with Financial Services Authority guidelines, ensuring compliance and optimal risk management.
  • Business Improvement: Advise the Board on service improvement requirements to support the delivery of our Business Plan, driving growth and profitability.
  • Property Compliance: Ensure compliant management of our property portfolio, adhering to the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety (England) Regulations, and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Fire Safety Leadership: Lead the Osterna fire safety business entity, aligning with profitability targets, client expectations, and industry legislation.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the delivery of external contractor services for our clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Financial Control: Proven experience in financial control, including collection, budgeting, cost control, and P&L management, within the block property management sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of key industry compliance expectations, legislation, and best practices.
  • Contractor Management: Experience in managing contractors and supply chains for £multi-million projects or contractors.
  • Regulatory Environment: Operated within a regulatory environment with insurance services experience at a senior level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Property Management: Experience in property management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Change Management: Background in delivering change within the property sector, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing multi-teams providing various services, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven leadership.
