About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior L&D Business Partner. As a key member of our internal talent team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering learning, development, talent, and leadership solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver commercially focused solutions on matters relating to learning and development to all employees
  • Lead the delivery of the organization's talent strategy across development, succession planning, and career mapping
  • Support the development of a strategic company people plan that aligns with the company's strategic and operational goals
  • Ensure that relevant learning, development, and leadership solutions are translated into accessible activities
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a strong background in learning and development, talent, and leadership. You will have a thorough understanding of HR disciplines, including learning and development, talent, and leadership, and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be based in London, UK, and have significant previous experience working as a HR professional in an SME. You will also have strong risk management and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate autonomously on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
