Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our in-house People team on a journey of growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in championing our values of innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide credible and demonstrable HR generalist experience, offering reliable advice and guidance to support business strategy and cultural objectives.
  • Manage the apprenticeship and work experience programme, breaking down barriers to employment and promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Analyse and use data to support informed decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
