We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support / Scheduler to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our site maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in undertaking contract support tasks and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients' staff.
  • Work closely with managers and finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinate additional costs with suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Carry out administration to support the effective running of our client contract.
Requirements
  • Ability to work well without supervision.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Excellent IT skills, including full suite of Microsoft Office.
