We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a prestigious dealership in Farnborough. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Manage customer bookings, ensuring that vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standard.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that the dealership meets its revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a motor trade environment, preferably as a Service Advisor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is desirable, but not essential.
