About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of our concession store and team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Manage concession store operations to ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Plan and prioritize workload to ensure a productive and efficient team
    • Train and coach the team to best practice
    • Use business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Controls and Compliance
    • Support with planning store schedules in line with store trading patterns and business expectations
    • Be accountable for controlling wages in the concession
    • Support with compliance with processing of payroll issues and problem-solve effectively
    • Guide the team to work within timeframes set by the business and set realistic expectations daily
  • Sales and Customer Experience
    • Understand business and customer expectations and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
    • Understand product features and benefits and train the team to maximize sales opportunities
    • Understand assigned KPI targets and communicate these clearly to the team. Execute and actively track against these targets and motivate the team to deliver these results
  • Development and Leadership
    • Understand the Frasers Group structure, elevation strategy, and initiatives
    • Identify internal talent in the team, use development opportunities, and support performance management processes to drive and reward exceptional performance
    • Be self-driven in own personal development and take on developmental feedback constructively
    • Create an environment that encourages and rewards performance fairly and equitably
  • Leadership and Management
    • Inspire the team and act as a role model
    • Support the development, coaching, and motivate the team to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriate
    • Take responsibility for the store and be accountable for any outcomes
    • Work closely with the Cluster Manager and contribute to the success of the concession as a whole
Requirements
  • Supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail or leisure environment
  • Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll, and stock loss
  • Proven record of developing a management team and talented individuals
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Committed to achieving the highest store standards and customer service experiences
  • Strong commercial awareness and able to analyze reports
