Role Overview
As a member of the Fraser's Group, you will join one of the UK's rapidly expanding retail organizations. We are innovating the retail landscape, and with our diverse portfolio of brands, we are unafraid to advance and transform industry standards. We seek Managers who are bold, willing to take calculated risks, and eager to achieve significant rewards. Reporting directly to the Cluster Manager, you will oversee the management of your Concession and your team within The Frasers Group. You will take charge of all critical areas of responsibility and be accountable for the outcomes. Your success will hinge on your strong commercial insight, enabling you to train, mentor, and enhance team engagement while providing inspirational leadership to exceed company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee Concession operations, ensuring all KPIs are met.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain a productive and efficient team.
- Train and mentor team members to adhere to best practices.
- Utilize business communication tools to monitor task completion and meet deadlines.
2. Financial Controls:
- Assist in planning store schedules aligned with trading patterns and business expectations.
- Take responsibility for managing wages within the Concession.
- Support compliance with payroll processing and resolve issues effectively.
- Guide the team to adhere to business timelines and set realistic daily expectations.
3. Sales Performance:
- Comprehend business and customer expectations, motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Grasp product features and benefits, training your team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Understand assigned KPI targets, communicate them clearly, and actively track progress to motivate your team in achieving results.
4. Team Development:
- Familiarize yourself with the Fraser Group structure, elevation strategies, and initiatives.
- Identify and nurture internal talent within your team, leveraging development opportunities and supporting performance management processes.
- Be proactive in your personal development and constructively accept feedback.
- Create an environment that encourages and rewards performance fairly and equitably.
5. Leadership and Accountability:
- Inspire your team and serve as a role model.
- Support the development and coaching of your team, holding them accountable for their performance.
- Assume responsibility for your store and its outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Cluster Manager to contribute to the overall success of your Concession.
