Key Responsibilities

  • Manage concession store operations, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
