About the Role

Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of our concession store and team, driving business growth and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage concession store operations, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase team productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Monitor and control store budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or concession management role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
