Your Role:
As a member of the Frasers Group, you will join one of the UK’s rapidly expanding retail organizations. We are redefining the retail landscape, and with our diverse portfolio of brands, we embrace innovation and transformation in the industry. We seek Managers who are bold, willing to take calculated risks, and eager to reap the rewards. Reporting directly to the Cluster Manager, you will oversee the operations of your Concession and lead your team within The Frasers Group. You will take charge of all critical responsibilities and be accountable for the outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
Oversee Concession operations, ensuring all KPIs are met and exceeded. Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain a productive and efficient team. Train and mentor your team to adhere to best practices. - Financial Controls:
Assist in planning staff schedules aligned with trading patterns and business expectations. Maintain accountability for wage control within the Concession and ensure compliance with payroll processes. - Sales Performance:
Comprehend customer expectations and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Train your team on product features to maximize sales opportunities and track performance against assigned KPIs. - Team Development:
Understand the Frasers Group structure and initiatives. Identify and nurture internal talent, supporting performance management processes to recognize outstanding contributions. - Leadership:
Inspire your team and act as a role model. Foster an environment of accountability and collaboration, working closely with the Cluster Manager to drive the success of your Concession.
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a dynamic retail or leisure environment.
- Ability to positively influence sales, payroll, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in developing management teams and individual talent.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of store operations and customer service.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance reports.
