Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team at Matchtech. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a particular emphasis on developing high-performance and scalable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize React for front-end development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Implement back-end services using the .NET framework, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in state management techniques, such as Redux and Context API.
  • Engage with RESTful APIs and web services to enhance application functionality.
  • Exhibit a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Manage version control through systems like Git.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum development framework.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and maintain attention to detail.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and a mobile-first approach to development.
