Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Account Executive/account Executive to join our team at Archway International. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the effective and efficient growth strategy of the region/city in which they are based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies and processes to generate revenue growth by winning and retaining new business and/or managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Deliver outstanding results in helping clients reduce costs, improve performance, and manage change by utilising client's technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and prevent churn.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Track and report on key metrics related to client retention and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research / lead sourcing activities to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and products to clients.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients by collaborating with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their staffing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client feedback, and performance metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in an client relations role, multi-site operations preferred
- Led client contracts up to £1million independently
- Experience in industrial / temp recruitment highly preferred
- Track record of deep, consultative, trust based relationships and strong knowledge, understanding of client's business with strong client references
- Collecting, analysing and interpreting data & statistics
What We Offer:
Upto £40k base salary + £5,000 car allowance + £25,000 potential commission per annum
