About the Role

As a Transfer Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting and leading the transfers service to our clients, driving business growth and exceeding client service targets.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our clients, stock reconciliation team, and client services to identify and resolve transfer-related exceptions, prioritize tasks, and submit relevant reports and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess transfer exception reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve transfer-related exceptions, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain transfer-related reports and metrics, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
  • Support all operations processes, including transfer-related tasks and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of transfer systems, including Equisoft/Altus and Origo.
  • Subject matter expertise in transfer operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Financial services operations management experience, with a focus on transfer operations.
  • Knowledge of ISA, JISA, and LISA administrative processes.
