About the Registry Department

The Registry Department plays a crucial role in supporting the London Postgraduate Dean and the London Postgraduate Registrar, functioning as an integral part of the broader Academic Team. This position is under the supervision of the London Postgraduate Registrar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of student records
  • Assist in the administration of the student information system
  • Provide technical assistance to students
  • Gather and disseminate academic performance data to students
  • Conduct surveys and evaluations
  • Issue academic credentials and transcripts
  • Deliver administrative support
  • Offer guidance on academic matters
  • Ensure high-quality customer service
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a role with student interaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach
  • Preferred: familiarity with university student information systems and learning management systems
