This position will concentrate on their latest establishment, which is set to make its debut soon. This innovative venue represents a groundbreaking initiative for the brand, marking an exhilarating step into a new market.
The ideal candidate will focus on engaging corporate clients and large groups to promote this new venue. This role will be based onsite at the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all sales inquiries are addressed promptly, securing bookings with the appropriate offerings for each client.
- Business Development: Actively reach out to corporations, non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and other relevant potential booking sources.
- Effectively manage and allocate sales team members to ensure timely responses to inquiries while balancing ongoing business development efforts.
- Maintain relationships with past clients, sharing new promotions and inviting them for future events.
- Proactively manage all digital listings and suggest additional opportunities for exposure as needed.
- Ensure the onsite team is well-informed about current promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete sales process
- Practical experience in event management
- Experience in hosting events is advantageous
- Demonstrated success in meeting team and individual targets
- Strong account management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and its effective utilization
