Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on digital marketing best practices and tools.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
