Job Description

Role Overview

Digital Gurus is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive paid media strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Paid Media Strategy
    • Plan, develop, and implement a company-wide paid media strategy that covers paid social, PPC, Google Shopping, and display advertising.
  • Manage and Develop Direct Report
    • Manage and develop a direct report paid media manager to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Optimize Paid Media Campaigns
    • Proactively promote best practices across our paid media channels and optimize campaigns to grow revenue and ROI.
  • Manage Paid Media Budget
    • Manage the company's paid media budget and ensure that campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Define Paid Media KPI Frameworks
    • Develop and implement paid media KPI frameworks and reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 3-4 years of experience working in a similar ecommerce/paid media role.
  • Skills
    • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent project management and time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to ambitious deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience with paid advertising, paid social, and social media channels.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Salary
    • Up to £52k basic salary, depending on experience.
  • Benefits
    • Hybrid role with 1 day at home and 4 days in the office.
    • 33 days holiday per year.
    • 9am-5pm Monday-Friday working hours (flexible hours considered).
