Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, PPC and display advertising.
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance metrics.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates and video content.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce visually compelling and engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.
  • SEO:
    • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for the business and their customers.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee the management of all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
    • Analyse social media performance and implement strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Website Management:
    • In conjunction with Group colleagues, manage and optimise internal and external customer websites.
    • Provide reporting and develop a roadmap to optimise.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website and campaign performance, generating regular reports on KPIs.
    • Analyse data to gain insights into consumer behaviour and campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and campaigns.
    • Monitor spend against budget and adjust strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with the motivation and drive to create and implement the digital agenda.
  • B2C experience is essential, gained in a high volume/pace environment with a premium product range.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in web and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Stable career history with ability to evidence achievement and progression.
  • Confident, well-presented, professional individual.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel will be required in this role, covering the UK & Ireland.
  • Expectation of 3 days minimum a week in the office (Chester), in line with the company and team.
  • Expectation of travel to Ireland as and when required.
  • Attendance at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
