Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies for key business areas, working closely with an internal digital agency team.
- Strategically manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and shape strategies and campaigns.
- Lead the development of marketing decisions aligned to business goals, infusing creativity and elevating brands.
- Work with senior stakeholders across the business and in Europe to drive marketing initiatives.
- Execute digitally integrated marketing campaigns and projects, with a hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Experience working in a digital marketing team leadership role, with a strong understanding of brand and digital integrated marketing strategy.
- Proven track record of turning data into lead generation, in partnership with product and sales enablement teams.
- EMEA experience is desirable.
