Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Regional Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 10 care homes across London and the surrounding area. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership to home managers, inspiring and guiding them to achieve excellence in care delivery and operational performance.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all care homes comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and profitability of each care home.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance frameworks, conduct regular audits, and lead initiatives to enhance care standards and resident satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Promote professional development and training for all staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or care home sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in care homes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field are highly desirable.
