Regional Director Opportunity

Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Director to join one of our clients, a reputable Facilities service provider delivering exceptional standards to clients across the UK.

As Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the services provided, developing a dedicated team to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, enabling them to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve issues as requested by senior management
  • Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, conducting regular checks
  • Meet budgetary targets and monitor financial plans with Profit and Loss information
  • Set key objectives and develop tactical plans
  • Monitor expenditure and income, controlling direct costs and ensuring forecasts are achieved
  • Review cost-efficient methods of operating and authorise material demands
  • Respond to customer queries in a concise and efficient manner
  • Attend internal and external meetings, responsible for recruitment and staff management
  • Carry out staff appraisals and grievances, ensuring staff are trained and aware of company policies
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and expand revenue base through new business development
