Position Overview: An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 3 Support Worker to enhance our current nursing team within the Older Adult Mental Health Services.

Role Requirements: We are seeking to recruit an individual who possesses a genuine passion for working with both Older Adults and General Adult Mental Health populations in an inpatient environment.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a reliable and diligent professional, demonstrating a caring demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Work Schedule: The position involves a rotational shift pattern, including both day and night shifts, with 12-hour work periods. Please note that while the role is designated for a specific ward, there may be temporary placements in alternative areas.
