**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reporting & Analysis Manager to lead our Platform Modernisation Programme. This crucial role will involve overseeing the modernisation of our healthcare platforms, ensuring they meet current and future needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the whole lifecycle of a project, reporting on progress, and managing risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the project board.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive reporting and analysis frameworks to support the Platform Modernisation Programme.
- Refine and advance our project and programme management techniques, promoting an ethos of ongoing enhancement.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand, develop and deliver reporting requirements.
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies within projects to ensure a comprehensive oversight and effective resolution of factors that can impact project success.
- Present findings and recommendations to decision makers through clear and concise reports and presentations.
**Requirements**
- Hold a degree or demonstrating equivalent experience in a healthcare or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of best practice and innovation in project management methodologies gained within the NHS or similar healthcare settings.
- Extensive experience working within a consultancy role.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, such as PRINCE2.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- A solid understanding of the health and social care landscape, including policy, governance, and operational challenges in the NHS.
