Position Overview

Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Administrator to join our team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will collaborate with essential support functions and engineering teams focused on the production and delivery of components.

Position Details:

Job Title: Technical Administrator

Contract Duration: 9-12 Months

Location: To be determined

Contract Type: PAYE via Umbrella solution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in ensuring compliance with all documentation and adherence to processes and procurement activities.
  • Verify and compile tooling documents and records to support record retention and process standardization.
  • Maintain and manage data and content within planning programs accurately.
  • Participate in technical meetings as a scribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Support activities within TeamCenter, including placeholder creation, folder management, and revision control.
  • Coordinate with program teams on WIP projects to ensure the master planning tool is up to date.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to processes.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in minute-taking and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SAP, TeamCenter, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to business demands during critical periods.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information

Security Clearance:

This position requires the candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any restrictions.

Due to the nature of the work and the protection of specific assets, candidates must be UK nationals or, in certain approved cases, dual nationals from non-ITAR countries.
