Role OverviewThis position presents an exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to a rapidly expanding Edtech organization. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will play a pivotal role in a company poised for substantial growth, gaining invaluable experience and enhancing your skill set while positively impacting the education sector on a national and international level. Position Purpose and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will utilize our custom platform, working alongside our Chief Product Officer and Customer Success Manager. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the platform's functionalities and be trained to provide exceptional support to our existing customers and trial users. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the advantages of our software are effectively communicated and, most importantly, experienced by users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing tailored tracking solutions for various educational courses and exam boards.
- Creating and quality assuring new tools that assist educators with tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborating with web developers to ensure the quality of new features and address any bugs.
- Providing technical support to our sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their experiences and identify areas for improvement.
