Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
- A competitive salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 per year
