We are seeking an exceptionally organised Administration Manager to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, manage office stock, liaise between staff and IT support, and undertake various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office stock and liaising with IT support
- Manage reception, calls, and meet & greet
- Manage sub agent agreements and input data from 3rd parties to CRM system
- Assist HR with general admin duties and complete personal administrative work as required
- Implement and assist in developing and maintaining appropriate filing and recording systems
- Undertake business/personal errands as requested and respond to correspondence, telephone calls, queries, and e-mails in the absence of team members
Requirements:
- Well organised, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Able to give clear instructions and follow up, with confident, well-mannered, and good communicative skills
- Flexible, able to carry out additional duties if required, with a big personality and outgoing character
