  • Quality check completed jobs to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Raise and submit customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Update all relevant internal systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Cleanse, validate, and update customer portal information to ensure seamless communication.
  • Resolve customer invoicing queries and rejections in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet strict deadlines and adhere to internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular updates on portal status and SLA performance to stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email with a positive and inquisitive demeanor.
  • Chase suppliers and customers for relevant paperwork and purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support a wider team with customer-focused tasks as required.


Requirements:


  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of software packages like Excel and financial systems.
  • Ability to work accurately on an independent basis with a keen eye for detail.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of dealing with high volumes of work in a customer-facing role.
  • Positive, confident, and efficient communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Competent IT skills and proven administration experience.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
